Small pink rosebuds and yellow buttercups on trailing green stems, spaced widely across a soft dove-grey ground. The generous spacing gives it a quiet, considered feel.

The cloth is a light summer cotton at 60 inches (152cm) across the roll. It takes a hot iron, handles gathering and shirring well, and behaves predictably under the machine, which is what most dressmakers want from a print like this.
