Five 6x6 inch swatches cut from our printed cotton range, posted out in a labelled pack. Every swatch carries the name of the print it came from, so when you find the one you want you can go straight to it on the site.
Our cottons are a lightweight summer weight woven to 60 inches, which is a good deal wider than the 44 inch quilting cottons most UK shops stock. That width is difficult to judge from a photograph and so is the handle, which is dry and crisp off the roll and softens after the first wash. Five swatches is enough to settle both questions.
Who it is for: Worth ordering if you are planning a summer dress, a shirt dress, children's clothing or a quilting project and you want to know what you are working with before you commit to three or four metres.

Swatches are cut from current stock and the selection changes as prints sell through, so the exact five you receive will not always match the photograph. If you are after something specific, leave a note at checkout and we will do our best.
