Return & Refund Policy

Return Period If you are unhappy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Conditions for Return

• The fabric must be unused, uncut, and in its original condition
• The item must be returned in suitable packaging to prevent damage in transit

Return Postage The cost of return delivery is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is faulty, damaged, or an error has been made on our part. In these circumstances, M Textiles Ltd will cover the full cost of return postage.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Custom cut fabric orders are non-returnable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied by M Textiles Ltd.
