Thank you for shopping with M Textiles Ltd. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing & Dispatch All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

As all fabrics are custom cut to order, please allow the full processing time before your order is dispatched.

Delivery Times Once dispatched, delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by our courier and are not guaranteed. M Textiles Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address.

Order Tracking Where available, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly. Please retain all original packaging as it may be required for any courier claims.

UK Delivery Only We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. If you have an enquiry regarding international shipping, please contact us via the Wholesale Enquiries form on our website.
