Yellow Daisy on Mauve Polyester Dress Fabric

Small white and butter-yellow daisies with fine green stems on a soft mauve ground, printed in a regular all-over repeat. Gentle, easy to wear and forgiving to cut.

Woven as a light, crease-resistant polyester at 60 inches (roughly 152cm) wide, the cloth keeps its shape through repeated wear and washing. Use a cooler iron than you would on cotton and press through a cloth.

What to make with it: Works for summer dresses, blouses, children's clothes and lightweight skirts.

It is the sensible choice for travel and workwear. Colours stay saturated through repeated washing, the cloth dries quickly, and creases fall out on the hanger rather than needing a press, which is why so much ready-to-wear uses it.
